Returns

We take pride in providing products that meet high-quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tuftix.com, you may return the item(s) within a generous 30-day period from the date of purchase. Additionally, all our products are backed by a one-year guarantee for your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

a. Time Frame:

Returns are accepted within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.

b. Condition:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return Items a. Get in Touch:

To start a return, simply email our customer service team at contact@tuftix.com. Include your order number and why you want to return the item.

b. Return Approval:

Once we approve your return request, we’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on how to send back the item(s).

Returning Items a. Your Job:

You’re responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless we made a mistake or you received a defective product.

b. Safe Packing:

Make sure to pack the item(s) securely so they don’t get damaged on their way back to us.

Getting Your Money Back a. How Long:

We try to process refunds fast, usually within 2 business days of getting the item(s) back.

b. How You Get It:

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Sorry, we don’t do exchanges right now. If you want something else, return what you got and buy the new thing separately.

Broken or Messed Up Stuff

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@tuftix.com right away. We’ll help fix it fast.

For returns, use a shipping service with insurance and tracking. We’re not responsible for items that get lost or damaged on the way back. We need proof that we received the item(s) back before we can issue a refund.

Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and want to return it, you’ll receive a gift certificate once we get the item(s) back. If the item was purchased by someone else, we will refund them.
